The Florida Department of Education is offering scholarship opportunities for parents of students in grades 3-5 who are struggling with reading (Scored a performance level 1 or 2 on the English Language Arts (ELA) test in the 2018-19 school year or identified last year as having substantial deficiency in reading based on Progress monitoring assessment).
