Dear Springwood Family,

Through the Safe Start Leon Plan, the school district is providing parents the opportunity to make a change to their current educational delivery method of Brick and Mortar (in-person schooling) or Digital Academy (online learning) for the third nine weeks,

If you are staying with your child’s current educational plan, no action is needed.

The new educational plan option will begin on Wednesday, January 20, 2020.

The office will begin taking educational plan option changes starting today, November 23rd and the window for changes will close on Friday, December 18th.

Please contact the Springwood Office directly at 850-488-6225 to request an educational plan option change.

  To highlight the process:

· Inform the Springwood Office from November 23rd through December 18th. December 18th is the last day to request a change.

· Class size, schedule, and teacher may be impacted by making a change.

· Your new choice of educational plan will begin for students on Wednesday, January 20th.

Thank you for your flexibility during these unprecedented times. In meeting our mission of providing an educational plan during a pandemic, it is a priority for us to give families options to choose from that best fit their needs.
