REMINDER - tomorrow is our ECG heart screenings for 6th graders whose parents have provided consent through Focus.  190 of our 6th grade students (out of our 230) have been GRANTED PERMISSION for this screening.  If your child is one of the 190 PLEASE GO IN NOW and fill out the on-line questionnaire.  The information/link is in the ListServ below that was sent out yesterday.  This will save much time and keep your child from having to answer the questions prior to the screening.  Thank you!

Thursday, March 24th the nonprofit Who We Play For (WWPF) will bring electrocardiogram (ECG) heart screenings to SCMS as part of the 6th Grade Health Assessment.  This is scheduled during the hours of 9:30 - Noon in the Media Center.  WWPF will bring a team of volunteers and ECG machines to run our event.


If possible, WWPF would like the parents of 6th graders to fill out their online sign-up as it includes questions about family history that students may not be able to answer, and it will quicken the screening process by having all questions answered before students show up for their appointment.
