Hello SAIL Families,

Please see below as a reminder about the district changing lunch payment systems from PayPams to SchoolCafe.  All PIN numbers will remain the same, but new accounts will need to be created in order to manage funds.

We hope everyone is ready for the 4th quarter, as we move into the final 9-weeks of school!  We welcome students back on Tuesday, March 21st.

Dear Parents:



There is going to be an upgrade in Nutrition Services.  The school district will be transitioning from PayPams to SchoolCafe and the change will occur at the end of March (March 21st) for SAIL High School.  Here are some things you need to know:



As part of this upgrade, Nutrition Services will be using a new payment portal called SchoolCafe, replacing PayPams. Nutrition Services will be transferring all account balances as of the day before implementation from PayPams to SchoolCafe for each student and staff member with a current PayPams account. All PIN numbers will remain the same in the new system. Due to the change in systems, we will be shutting down PayPams on Friday, February 24th at 3:00 p.m.



What action do parents need to take?

Parents will need to create a new SchoolCafe account to manage funds for purchasing meals and A La Carte items, reset any automatic deposits, and manage any restrictions they would like to place on their student’s purchasing authorizations. SchoolCafe (by Cybersoft PrimeroEdge) is available as a mobile app on both Apple and Android devices. In addition to managing meal accounts, parents will also use this app to apply for free and reduced price meals.



Please know that if your student received free or reduced price lunch before, that they will continue to receive that service.
