Good Afternoon 5th Grade Parents/Guardians,
Today, your 5th grader received the third and final notification of submitting two proofs of residency for the 2019-2020 school year. This information is critical in creating a schedule with classes for your upcoming 6th grader.  Please send in this information no later than Friday, May 3, 2019.  5th grade students that do not submit 2 proofs of residency, regardless of which middle school they will attend, will NOT have a schedule ready for them on the first day of school.
