Good morning,

Today, we noticed an unfamiliar smell. Out of an abundance of caution, we evacuated all buildings while safety and security, LCS maintenance, and the fire department assessed the air quality.

It was determined that the smell came from an off campus source. There was no risk to our learning community.

Safety is our first priority. Our faculty, staff, and students were outstanding during this event. Everyone was extremely organized, calm and attentive to directions from start to finish. We have resumed our normal schedule.

Thank you,

April Knight
