Goodwill GoodGuides is a nationally recognized Youth Mentoring Program administered, locally in Tallahassee by Goodwill Industries, Inc., of the Big Bend.



Goodwill GoodGuides primary focus is to match "at risk" youth between the ages of 12-17 years of age with an Adult mentor who along with GoodGuides staff is tasked with encouraging the youth's participation in Academics, Learning the employment process, career planning, career exploration, life skills development and service learning activities.



As an outreach program GoodGuides operates on campus in Nims Middle School and Magnolia Terrace Apartments during after school hours.  Additionally, during the school year GoodGuides mentees, mentors and staff will meet at least once per month on the weekend for participation in career exploration and service Learning activities.
