If they already had their driver's license scanned and turned in the form - they will be able to pick up a visitor's badge at the tables outside the office (names will be alphabetically listed).   If they have not had their driver's license scanned (or scanned but didn't turn in form prior to 3/24) - they will have to come into the office and have it scanned.  Everyone on campus MUST be scanned.  Once they pick up their visitor's badge, they will head to the cafeteria and wait for the grandchild's class to come into the cafeteria.

Grandparents may come and have lunch (purchased at school or bring something from outside - please no sodas or candy).   They will also have the opportunity to have a picture made with their grandchild, a short visit after lunch to the classroom and may visit the book fair to make a special purchase.

It is okay to park next door at the church and walk over.

If a child will be leaving early with a grandparent from school you will need to make sure that person is listed in FOCUS or on your pink sheet so they have permission to check them out.   They will have to come to the office without their grandchild and sign them out and the office will then call for the student.  This is for accountability of the students.  (we don't want them leaving without making sure they have been checked out properly)  If they do leave early, it is an unexcused dismissal.


These are the lunch times for each grade level (classes have a 25 minute lunch time)

10:30 - 11:00 am               5th Grade

                    11:00 - 11:30 am                 PreK (in classroom)

11:00 - 11:30 am               2nd Grade

    11:30 - noon                     Kindergarten

12:00 - 12:30 pm             1st Grade

12:30 - 1:00 pm                 4th Grade

1:03 - 1:33 pm                    3rd Grade
