Project Joy Food Drive for The Salvation Army of Tallahassee



By donating a non-perishable food item to The Salvation Army through your school, you and your family can help bring necessities into the lives of needy families.  All donations made go to families in need found in Leon, Wakulla, and Gadsden Counties. Please bring your food donations to Hartsfield during the week of November 8th to the 12th.

Food Items Needed:

· Boxed cereals

· Boxed dinners

· Canned proteins such as tuna or chicken

· Canned pasta meals with meat

· Canned fruits

· Canned vegetables

· Canned soups

· Canned pasta sauces

· Gravy

· Grits

· Jelly

· Meat expanders such as Hamburger

Helper or Tuna Helper

· Mashed Potatoes

· Non-perishable breakfast items

· Oatmeal

· Pasta Sauce

· Peanut Butter

· Stuffing

· Sugar

· Instant pancake mix

· Just add water muffin mixes

Personal Care Items Needed:

· Diapers and baby wipes

· Feminine hygiene products

· Shampoo & conditioner

· Soap

· Toilet paper

· Toothpaste and toothbrushes

· Deodorant

· Wash clothes
