Dear Godby Parent,
This Saturday, February 25, 2023, 9:00 AM – 12 PM, marks our fourth voluntary Saturday School Day at Godby High School (GHS). Your child is currently enrolled in the online PLATO course/credit recovery curriculum. Additionally, all PLATO/ Credit Recovery coursework must be completed by April 28, 2023.
If your child is currently enrolled in the online PLATO course/credit recovery curriculum and/or has not earned their test scores for ELA or Algebra 1 – consider taking advantage of this awesome opportunity. Students can also attend Saturday School Days to receive assistance in their current regular classes.
During our voluntary Saturday School Days, teachers will be present to assist your child through one-on-one tutoring in specific subject areas. Again, please note the remaining 2023 Saturday School Days dates as follow:
February 25 (9:00 AM – 12 PM)
March 4 (9:00 AM – 12 PM)
April 1, 22 (9:00 AM – 12 PM)
The Saturday School Days play an important part in assisting your child with their Florida high school graduation requirement. The administration and faculty look forward to seeing your child at all of our Saturday School Days.
Thank you for your support … Go Cougars!
