Those donations will be used to buy peanut butter and jelly and other kid-friendly foods to try to ensure children do not go hungry when school is out for the summer. In the first five years, WCTV's PBJ PLZ! has brought in nearly 23 tons of peanut butter and jelly and monetary donations now topping $134,000. We are inspired by this collaboration among WCTV, Leon County Schools and Second Harvest of the Big Bend and look forward to working together again next year!
