*8th Grade Parents: Address verifications are REQUIRED before records can be sent to the high schools. Address verifications include (2) proofs of residency that include the parent/guardian names. Please send a copy of your (1) recent mortgage or lease statement and (2) your recent utility bill to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>  by March 12, 2021 to ensure your child will have the correct high school course request form. Verifications are required for every 8th grade student, no exceptions.
