Students who will be entering 7th grade next school year must have certain immunization documentation on file at school before the start of the new school year.  It is not too early for children to receive immunizations needed for the 2012-2013 school year!

The Leon County Health Department provides free childhood immunizations, including back-to-school immunizations, Monday through Friday, on an appointment basis.  In addition, during the month of May, the Health Department will provide two special extended hours immunization clinics targeting students, high school age and younger, needing immunizations for school attendance.  Immunizations will be provided on an appointment basis during the two free clinics listed below:

Wednesday, May 9th              2:00 - 7:00 p.m.        Roberts and Stevens Clinic, 1515 Old Bainbridge Road

Wednesday, May 16th             2:00 - 7:00 p.m.        Roberts and Stevens Clinic, 1515 Old Bainbridge Road

All children receiving immunizations through the Health Department must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  Parents should bring a copy of their child's complete immunization record.
