In observance of Independence Day, Griffin Middle School will be closed to
the public, Tuesday, July 1 - 4, 2008. This holiday, Independence Day
(commonly known as the Fourth of July) is a federal holiday commemorating
the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, declaring
independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain.

The office will re-open to the public at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, July 7, 2008.

We encourage everyone to enjoy a safe and relaxing holiday weekend.
