Through collaboration with Children's Home Society of Florida and Heiken Children's Vision Program, Title I schools are being extended the opportunity to provide free vision screening and glasses for students.

All applications must be submitted by April 1, 2024.  Parents may register using the QR Code or website provided on the attached flyer.
