Virtual ZOOM Discussion
January 28 | 4:30 – 5:30 pm
Register at TMH.ORG/MentalHealthChat
Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is hosting a free virtual discussion on child and adolescent mental health and tools for parents/guardians to help kids cope - a vital topic given recent increases in youth mental health crises and suicide attempts in our community. The virtual event will be held via Zoom on Thursday, January 28 at 4:30 pm and open to anyone who wants to join.
During the virtual chat, licensed clinical social worker and local mental health leader, Heather Lincicome, LCSW, will cover:
* How the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting kids’ and teens’ mental health
* Signs that a child may be struggling
* Tools for parents and guardians to help kids cope
Please see the attached flyer for additional details.
