Athletes are responsible for bringing:

  *   Appropriate athletic attire
  *   Appropriate footwear (cleats or rubber soled shoes)
  *   Their own glove
  *   Water bottle
  *   Completed Activity Form (attached to this email)
  *   Completed Current Physical (attached to this email)
