Hello and Happy Monday! :)

+ Calling all incoming 6th grade magnet students & parents! :)  Our welcome to Cobb Orientation Meeting is this Thursday, May 12th at 6pm in the gym.  We will discuss summer reading, summer math, summer camps, ways to be successful in middle school, student & family resources, faculty & staff introductions, as well as answer any questions you may have about middle school, the magnet program & Cobb Cub expectations.

+ Cobb is hosting the Scholastic Buy One Get One Free Book Fair this week and you will have an opportunity to stop in and shop while you are on campus for the Magnet Orientation.  The Book Fair will be open from 4:00 until 7:30pm in our Media Center, so make plans to stop in either before or after the Orientation and pick up some summer reading at a great price!

+ A huge shout out to our amazing fine arts team and students for their fantastic performances at Saturday's Arts Festival at Kleman Plaza!!!  What talent we have at Cobb!!! Way to go! :)

+ Thank you!!! for the very kind teacher appreciation treats last week!!!  We love what we do and are grateful that you share your precious children with us each day!!! :)
