Hello Hawks Rise Families,

This week the Florida Department of Education issued the School Grades report, and I am proud to announce that Hawks Rise is an A school! We appreciate the hard work and effort from our students, teachers and staff, and families, and we look forward to continuing the tradition of high expectations and excellent instruction. Together we are working to ensure our students reach their full potential! Thank you!

School Information

Lost and Found—we have many coats, water bottles, and lunch boxes in our lost and found in the cafeteria. We will be donating the unclaimed items Tuesday afternoon so please check to see if any of the items belong to your child. As a reminder, please write your child’s name on coats and lunchboxes to help us return items.
We will have our December Fire Drill Monday afternoon.
The book for December for our KG -2^nd graders is Mango, Abuela, and Me by Meg Medina. Students will have the whole month to read and test (or draw a picture for our kindergarten students), and we will hold our book chat when we return in January. The last day to test or turn in your picture (kindergarten) is January 8.
