SAC Meeting

There will be a School Advisory Council Meeting Wednesday, November 8th in Media Center at 5:30pm.



Thespians Performance

The International Thespian Society (ITS) is the Educational Theatre Association’s student honorary organization. ITS recognizes the achievements of high school and middle school theatre students. SAIL High School’s chapter, troupe 5889, is hosting a Thespians Showcase on Wednesday, November 8th at 6:30 pm in the Cafetorium in preparation for the District 1 Thespian Play Festival and District 1 Thespys (Individual Events) Festival that will take place on November 10th and November 11th.  Come out and support our Thespian students with a large crowd for their final performance prior to competition!

Senior Meeting and Field Day

On Thursday, November 9th from 12:15 – 2:05 will be the Senior Meeting and Field Day. Seniors will first attend a meeting in the black box and then proceed to the Field Day and Picnic. There will even be a Ninja Turtle Bounce House! Class of 2024; Let’s Go!



Veteran’s Day

In recognition of Veteran’s Day, we will have members of the armed services on campus during lunch time to offer information on military careers for interested students. We will have recruiters from the Army, Navy and Marines present. They will be set in the courtyard from 11:35am – 12:15pm for interest students to come and visit with them.
In observance of Veteran’s Day, there will be NO SCHOOL on Friday November 10, 2023.

PTSO Sponsors Holiday Hope!
The PTSO has begun their gift card drive to support our families in need. If you feel lead to contribute, the link to the sign-up genius is included below. PTSO will be donating Publix gift cards to help 10 SAIL families have a nice Thanksgiving meal! Please write the dollar amount on the card, and drop it off at the front office. If you choose to make a donation, the amount will go straight to the PTSO account and PTSO will purchase the gift cards.

Senior News

Senior Fee is $80. Please see the attached Senior Fee letter for more information.

Cap and Gown Picture Day is November 15th.

Senior T-shirt design is due November 30th.

$200 is due toward Grad Bash on March 1st.

Grad Bash is April 20th. More information will be coming soon!


Tutoring Services

If you are interested in your child receiving additional academic support, tutoring is available on Mondays and Thursdays after school in the media center until 3:30 pm. Students can get help in all core classes (and some electives), work on group assignments, study independently, and utilize school technology.
