Structure Your Classroom for Behavioral Success Would you like some ideas for improving behavior in your classroom? This on-demand training will provide strategies to improve structure and student behavior in your classroom.  You will learn to create procedures and routines and to use proximity, physical and visual supports. Visual Supports Do you have students who are visual learners? In this 1-hour (virtual) training, attendees will identify the purpose of visual supports and discover how to use visual materials to support a variety of academic, social, communication, and behavioral goals.

AT in the Classroom Are you interested in learning more about how to support your students with disabilities in the classroom? Join us for this face-to-face training as we explore and learn about a variety of assistive technology tools. Learn how to match tools to student needs. Learn how to integrate tools into academic activities to enhance student learning.

Low Tech Tools Are you looking for tools to support students in your classroom and to provide extra support for students with disabilities? This training will define assistive technology (AT), AT services, and the differences between high, mid, and low-tech tools. We will identify low-tech tools and the purpose for using them, describe how low-tech tools can be used as accommodations, and explain how to obtain low-tech resources and tools.
Two (2) in-service credits will be issued upon completion of training and follow-up activity.

*Note: there is a 10-person attendance minimum for this course.
This is an 8-hour certification course to learn ways to respond to escalated and challenging behaviors.  Participants will learn to use effective nonverbal, Para verbal, verbal, and physical intervention skills to de-escalate or prevent a crisis situation.  Strategies are taught to provide the best care, welfare, safety, and security for both staff and students.  Eight (8) in-service credits will be awarded upon completion of the course.
8:00 am - 4:00 pm 8 credit hours
CPI Refresher
*Note: there is a 
10-person attendance minimum for this course.
This 4-hour refresher certification course will review the key components of Nonviolent Crisis Intervention. Four (4)  in-service credits will be awarded upon completion of the course.
** Please note that there is a 10-person minimum attendance policy and the
