Parents of Seniors,

As you know, the last day of school for seniors is Friday, May 19, 2023. There are several activities taking place this week -- and the details are listed below. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our senior advisor, Rosa at [log in to unmask].

Cap and Gowns:

Cap and gowns are available in Rosa's room during 4th, 5th, and 6th period. Senior shirts are also in. We ask that seniors wear their shirts for Friday's award ceremony and class photo.


Senior Exams (May 16-17)

Seniors who are not exempt from their exams are required to come to campus to complete finals. Senior Grades are due May 17th.


Senior's Last Day (May 19)

Senior Picnic:

  • May 19th @ FSU Rez Lakefront Park
  • 11:00 am  - Seniors will load the bus at 10:30am
  • Students will be bussed from school to the park and will return in time to take busses home
  • A picnic, swimming, and games
    • Students will need a permission form because they are swimming, forms are available in Tony's room

 

Graduation (May 25)


Graduation Rehearsal:

Graduation rehearsal will be May 25th at 10:30am. Students will need to find their own transportation to Lee Hall.

 

Graduation Information:

  • May 25th @ 6pm
    • Seniors need to arrive by 4:45pm
  • Location: Lee Hall Auditorium (FAMU Campus)
    • 1601 S Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Tallahassee, FL 32307
  • No tickets will be required, seating is first come first serve

 

Senior Fee Reminder:

Senior Fees are past due. The fee is $80 and it covers:

  • Cap and Gown (ordered by the school)
  • Diploma
  • Senior Field Day and Picnic
  • Senior T-Shirts

SPECIAL NOTE: For Seniors attending TCC next year:


TCC has a scholarship fund for those that live in the 32304 zip code.  The TCC Foundation sets funds aside for this and once they are gone they are gone.  Funds for this application period are almost all accounted for.
