Volunteers, mentors, or any non-district employee will be allowed on campus during the school day on condition that they are providing a service to the school. However, Lunch
Bunch has now resumed. Gates on campus are locked. You will need to come to the front door of the office and ring the bell. The first time you are on campus you must have your driver’s
license scanned. You will need to get a visitor’s badge each time you sign in. This badge must be worn at all times when on campus. Office is open from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm

Monday, April 3
If they already had their driver’s license scanned and turned in the pre-approval form – they will be able to pick up a visitor’s badge
at the tables outside the office (names will be alphabetically listed). If they have not had their driver’s license scanned – they will have to come into the office and have it scanned. Everyone on campus MUST be scanned. It ran very smoothly on Friday,
so they may need only come about 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled lunch time if they need to be scanned.
Grandparents may come and have lunch
(purchased at school or bring something from outside – please no sodas or candy).
They will also have the opportunity to have a picture made with their grandchild, a short visit after lunch to the classroom and may visit the book fair to make a special purchase.
These are the lunch times for each grade level (classes have a 25 minute lunch time)
10:30 – 11:00 am 5th Grade
11:00 – 11:30 am PreK (in classroom)
11:00 – 11:30 am 2nd Grade
11:30 – noon Kindergarten
12:00 – 12:30 pm 1st Grade
12:30 – 1:00 pm 4th Grade
1:03 – 1:33 pm 3rd Grade

Wednesday, April 5 is Class and Spring Individual Picture Day
Everyone will get a chance to purchase the class picture at a later date
Only those students that pre-purchase a package will have an individual picture taken.
Order forms were sent home last Friday or you may order online at:

(Be sure and send a copy of the order payment with your child so they know to get picture made)
There is NO retake day.
