If you have moved or are planning to move this summer, please follow the LCS policy regarding proof of address documentation that parents/guardians are required to submit.

Send two (2) proofs of address to the LCS Admissions office

[log in to unmask] to update your address in Focus.

Mortgage statement, property tax statement, or lease agreement AND a Utility Bill, vehicle registration or government mail (no driver’s license or voter’s registration card).
