Volunteers, mentors, or any non-district employee will be allowed on campus during the school day on condition that they are providing a service to the school. However, Lunch
Bunch has now resumed. Gates on campus are locked. You will need to come to the front door of the office and ring the bell. The first time you are on campus you must have your driver’s
license scanned. You will need to get a visitor’s badge each time you sign in. This badge must be worn at all times when on campus. Office is open from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

Report Cards will be available in the Parent Portal

May come either day – same thing happens both days
If they already had your driver’s license scanned and turned in the form – they will be able to pick up a visitor’s badge at the tables
outside the office (names will be alphabetically listed). If they have not had your driver’s license scanned – they will have to come into the office and have it scanned. Everyone on campus MUST be scanned.
Grandparents may come and have lunch
(purchased at school or bring something from outside – please no sodas or candy).
They will also have the opportunity to have a picture made with their grandchild, a short visit after lunch to the classroom and may visit the book fair to make a special purchase.
The deadline for pre-clearance was on last Friday. We are not able to accept anymore due to the fact we have to check all the names and
create lists for each day. Grandparents are more than welcome to still attend if the form was not turned in – however, they will have to come into the office and get a visitor’s badge.
