  1. 2023-2024 Course Request are available on the Leon High School Guidance Website: https://www.leonschools.net/Page/56890. Completed Course Request Forms should be emailed to Mrs. Sarah Harris, [log in to unmask], by Monday, May 1, or by the date of successful enrollment with LCS.  

 

  1. 9th Grade students at Leon High School take three core courses (English, math, and science) and three elective courses. Students should consult with their current middle school teachers for their recommendations prior to making their selections. Electives are best explored by attending he Curriculum Fair on April 12 and by reading the course descriptions available on our website (https://www.leonschools.net/Page/56890) in the “Course Catalog.”

Free Tutoring at Leon: If you would benefit from a peer tutor in math, science, a language, social studies, an elective, or even just need some help editing your writing, members of Leon's Pierian Chapter of National Honor Society will be available every Tuesday and Wednesday in room 203B from 1:50 to 3:15pm.  No appointment is necessary, and students can arrive or leave any time.  If you have questions, see Mrs. Meis.
