Attention families of 5th and 8th grade students,

 

Per the LCS policy below, all 5th and 8th grade students must provide two proofs of address before being promoted to the next grade. If two proofs of address are not provided to [log in to unmask] by the last day of school the student’s schedule for the following year will not be released at Orientation.

STUDENT PROMOTION TO NEXT LEVEL When students are promoted to the next level, from elementary school to middle school or from middle school to high school, the parent/legal guardian must provide current proof of residence in order to obtain a schedule prior to promoting to the next level.

 

Documentation can be uploaded directly to your child’s parent portal, or emailed to the address above.

Acceptable proof of your residence.

Two (2) separate proofs of address are required

  • One (1) Primary Proof
  • One (1) Secondary Proof.

One of the following Primary Proofs:

  • Current Homestead Exemption Card
  • Property Tax Statement
  • Mortgage Document
  • Lease

One of the following Secondary Proofs:

  • Current City of Tallahassee or Talquin Utility bill or Confirmation of Service Notice
  • Vehicle Registration
  • Government Mail, (not a driver's license or voter's registration card)
