Good Afternoon RAM Community!
We will be hosting a Tdap immunization clinic for 6th graders at our school on March 7th from
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The consent form is being sent home with all of our 6th graders today. Attached to this email, there is also a copy of the
consent form and informational sheets that are important to read over when signing the consent form.
This is a great way to ensure your child receives the required Tdap vaccination before moving to 7th grade, if they have
not already! If you would like your child to participate in the immunization clinic, please return the signed form to the front office or to your child's 6th period teacher by next Tuesday, 2/28/23.
