Hello Hawks Rise Families,
What an exciting week we had at Hawks Rise this past week! Science on the Move, the Spelling Bee, the Speech contest, the beginning of 12 Days of Kindness, the Book Fair preview, the November Principal’s Book Chat, Nest Day…and this on
top of the amazing academic lessons from our teachers!
What a wonderful time we are having at Hawks Rise!
See below for information for our upcoming week:
- Next week is the Book Fair and Grand Hawks Week. We are excited to open the school so that our Grand Hawks (grandparents or other family members) can eat lunch with their special person
(or people). If you have someone coming to the school next week, please share the following information with them so that everything runs smoothly.
- Please have your driver license ready to scan when you arrive in the office and give the secretary/PTO volunteer the names of the Hawks you are here to see.
- Grand Hawks will proceed to the cafeteria to meet the student. Siblings will be called to meet the family in the cafeteria.
- Students may get a cafeteria lunch if they wish, but our Grand Hawks will need to bring their own lunches.
- Volunteers will guide you to our outside eating area.
- Once finished and trash discarded, families may proceed to the Media Center to visit the Book Fair together.
- When finished with the Book Fair, students should return to their classes.
- Lunch Days will be organized by Nest so please remind children to wear their Nest shirts
