The Leon County Schools’ Title I Office is administering the Parent and Family Engagement Survey for Fall 2022. The survey allows our school and our district’s Title I Office to understand the aspects of the parent/family and school relationship.. The information gathered will be used to guide continual improvement within our Title I schools to better serve our students and their families.

 

Please return all paper surveys or complete an online survey by Friday, November 4, 2022.

 

Please complete a survey for each child enrolled (i.e. 4 siblings=4 surveys completed by the parent/guardian).
