HI Everyone,
It's that time of year again for our Fall pictures. You should have received an order form that come home with your child on Wednesday. Please fill it out
and return it with the money on Wednesday, October 12th . You can also order them online and return the order envelope with the PAID ONLINE CONFIRMATION NUMBER written on it at the bottom.

If you created an online account last year, you can still use the same user name and password.
If you send cash, it must be the exact amount as no change will be available to be given.
Otherwise make checks or money orders payable to LEONARD'S.
If you are unable
to order pictures at this time, there will be a "Second Chance" slip that will come home when the picture order comes back to the school. Families who did not order will be given a slip with the photo of your child on it and the online address of where to
go and order them.
If you have not completed and returned the Title 1 Parent Survey, please do so ASAP. They are due to the school by November
4th. If you cannot find the paper copy that was sent home, here are links to fill it out online. I am also attaching the survey for you to print and return if needed.
END OF 1ST NINE WEEK PERIOD
Friday, October 15th is the last day of the 1st Nine Weeks here at school. Please make
sure that your child has turned in all assignments by Friday. It is also the last day to make your AR goal for the nine weeks.
TEACHER PLANNING DAY will be on Monday, October 17th which means there
is NO school for the students.
