Attention Parents of 5th Graders:

 

Just a reminder to turn in your current proofs of residence if you haven’t done so.  Please see the attached documents for instructions on what needs to be provided and where to send your documentation.  Remember all 5th graders must provide this information to have a smooth transition to middle school.
