Parents, Guardians, Teachers, and Staff  –

cid:image002.png@01D81CDB.815D98C0THANK YOU!!!  The FIRST annual Hawks Rise Spirit Sprint on Friday was a success!  We had a blast sprinting and running.  Because of your support and generosity, we raised more than $92,000 and will be able to purchase smart panels for all classrooms.  Additionally, all teachers will receive funds to spend in their own classroom.  THANK YOU!  Thank you.  Thank you.  A special thank you to PTO and Jimmy Sadler for organizing the event.  It was a blast!  We are also working to distribute all the student prizes.

Lost and Found items will be placed on tables outside the cafeteria for parents to go through during the Field Days (3/10 and 11). After March 11, all items will be donated.

If your child has a blue shirt at home, please wear it to celebrate Global Day of InclusionMarch 2, 2022We think the world would be better if everyone were included.  We are excited to celebrate Inclusion tomorrow.

TheWhippingBoy cover.gifThe Principal’s Book Chat this month is focused on The Whipping Boy by Sid Fleischman.  I hope you enjoy this book as a family read aloud and I promise it is less sad than February’s book.  The last day to take the AR test on the book (or for kindergarten students to submit a picture) is Monday, March 28.  We will meet to discuss the book and have a fun activity and themed snack on Wednesday, March 30.
