Parents,  Thank you so very much to those of you who have been able to support our current candy fundraiser!  Your support is greatly appreciated in this annual endeavor.  There is still time to procure a box – the fundraiser does not end until February 17th! Below is an important update from our SCMS PTSO:

Parents-

We are a little over a week into our World's Famous Chocolate fundraiser and sales are going great!  We have handed out over 200 boxes of chocolates so far.  Students have until next week to get more boxes to sell and to turn in their money. The final date for all money to be turned in is Thursday, February 17th.  Please send in your money as soon as you have sold your chocolates (or before if you are able) so that we can keep track of sales. If you can write one check that would be great.

Remember, the top three homeroom classes will receive a pizza party.

First place individual will win a pair of AirPods, second place will receive a $50 gift card, and third place will receive a $25 gift card.

There also will be a grand prize drawing for a 5 lb bar of chocolate.  Keep searching for those Golden Tickets to receive six free chocolate bars and all students receive a cash card for every box sold.

Parent volunteers will be at the school every morning (until 2/17) starting at 8:30 am outside of the media center to hand out boxes, collect money and redeem cash cards or other prizes.

Thanks for all of your support!

“Every time I am asked what is the most important job in the world, I always answer teacher!  Teachers are the people who hand out life chances for everyone… Our society needs to value the fact that quality teachers inform and shape quality students who in the future become quality community members.  This is what education is all about.”
