The School Health Division of the Leon County Health Department will be preparing for the annual Tdap Clinics. The Tdap Clinics will allow sixth grade
students not in compliance with the Tdap immunization to be vaccinated at school during school hours.
Please see the attached flyer and consent forms for more information. Students may return their consent forms to the clinic or the [log in to unmask] inbox
by the listed deadline. We will be providing the list of students that have received immunizations directly to the registrars/admission liaisons after the each clinic.
The Tdap clinic will be held at Raa Middle School in the Media Center on Thursday, February 24th from
9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
