Good afternoon, Yellow Jackets!

As we approach Thanksgiving Break, I want to thank all of our students, parents, and teachers for their support this year. While many believed this year would be a return to normalcy, we have experienced many unique challenges. I am thankful for everyone's patience, understanding, and hard work to make the start of this school year a success. We will continue to experience obstacles this year, but I know our Conley family will overcome these challenges and continue to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Progress reports were posted to FOCUS on Wednesday this week. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these reports, please reach out to your teacher. Our school apparel fundraiser concluded this week, as well. I appreciate everyone's participation and we will notify families when the orders are shipped to Conley. This week also wrapped up our first principal's AR challenge. Classes that met the challenge will receive their reward when we return from Thanksgiving Break. Please continue to encourage your student to read as we prepare for our second AR challenge. Finally, our student leaders had their virtual swearing in ceremony this week. We appreciate our schoolboard member, Ms. Wood, for speaking to our leaders. We have a tremendous group of students in our student council and safety patrol, I am so proud of all of them!

All Leon County Schools and offices will be closed 11/20-11/28, with students returning on Monday, 11/29. When we return to school, our book fair will be underway. Please see the attached information on dates and methods of payment. Have a great Thanksgiving, we will see everyone on Monday, 11/29!
