Last week, we had our first School Advisory Council & Parent Teacher Organization meetings of the year. The minutes from both of those meetings are attached.

 

School Advisory Highlights

During the SAC portion, we reviewed the draft of the School Improvement Plan. The community is asked to review it and direct questions, comments, and edits to Mrs. Mayer. We have not grammar checked yet. In addition, we are looking for a SAC member who is willing to attend the monthly District Advisory Council meeting. Please let me know if you are interested in participating in this important process.

 

Parent Teacher Organization

PTO has been working hard already this year serving the students and teachers. There are several opportunities for volunteering that are coming up. In addition, there was discussion about ways to provide moments of joy and support for our teachers. If you would like to partner with the school please contact Mrs. Autry.
