Leon County Schools in partnership with Edmentum has chosen FEV Tutor to provide you with district-sponsored online homework and coursework help as a support resource this academic year!

Since this is a virtual service, students can access tutoring from anywhere, anytime (24 hours a day/7 days a week) with a computer and an internet connection. It can be a very useful tool to meet the needs of students who are quarantining.

Edmentum/FEVTutor

This service is an online instructional and tutoring service for any LCS student in grades 3-12. It has the potential to be a very helpful tool for students who have to quarantine. This layer of support allows students to schedule live instruction DURING the school day and/or after hours to work on assignments from THEIR teachers. In addition, any student in need of tutoring may also get help “on demand”. Once students log in through ClassLInk and click on the tile, they will see an “On Demand” button and a “Schedule” button. By clicking on the On Demand button, a student will be routed to a tutor to assist them immediately. By clicking the button to schedule assistance the student can pick a date and time to work that works for them for support.

Both services are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

Important Information

FEV Tutor offers flexible homework and coursework help options to help fit tutoring into our students’ busy schedule.

·       Scheduled homework/coursework help sessions are offered Monday – Friday from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm and on weekends. You can schedule a session with a tutor by clicking here: Scheduling Form.

·       Students can also request an On-Demand session for homework help at any time 24/7by logging into Classlink and selecting the FEV Tutor tile to get started.

Homework and coursework help are student-driven! Our students will tell their tutor what they need assistance in by screen sharing, uploading, or emailing our support team. If students make an appointment for tutoring style help, they can upload their work ahead of time. Tutors do not have access to student homework or coursework unless it is shared with them by the student. All help sessions are recorded.
