Dear 5th Grade Springwood Families,

Leon County School Board Policy 5112 requires verification of the current residence of all students transitioning from elementary school to middle school before the student can be admitted to the receiving school and obtain a schedule.

To help facilitate this process, please provide proof of residence as soon as possible to our school registrar, Angela Brown.

The attached letter outlines the acceptable proofs of residence.
