If your child has medication in the school clinic, this is a reminder for you to pick up the medication on or before the last day of school.

 

Please remember that students cannot transport medications.  Therefore all medication must be picked up by a parent/guardian.

Medication that is not picked up by June 21st will be disposed.

 

Please call the school if you have any questions regarding your child’s medication.
