Dear Leon County Schools Families—

This is the last week of Florida Prepaid Enrollment for the 2021 school year. Studies show that children with dedicated college savings are more likely to not only enroll in college, but graduate. This is true even when families have only saved for a portion of their total college expenses. We hope you will take advantage of the college savings Florida Prepaid plans provide for your child(ren).

Also, you have until April 30 to participate in the Florida Prepaid LEGOLAND Florida ticket giveaways. For more information on the two giveaways visit www.myfloridaprepaid.com/vacation.

And remember, be sure to use code LEON21 when registering for a plan in order to receive a $25 discount on the application fee.

The attached flyer provides more information on Prepaid Plans. You can also visit www.myfloridaprepaid.com, or call 1-800-552-GRAD (4723).

The last day to enroll is this Friday, April 30.

There are lots of reasons to save early for your child’s postsecondary education. By starting today, you’re setting them up for a future full of opportunity.

Fondly,

Rocky Hanna
