Dear Parents of Future Lincoln Trojans,

We realize this school year has been like no other and hope you and your family members are well. We are truly excited to welcome our rising Trojan class of 2025 to Lincoln. As we prepare for the 2021-2022 school year, we begin with the process of obtaining course requests for next year. Below is a timeline, and procedures for how your child's courses will be selected for next year, and opportunities for them to make changes. We will be sending out an email to your child's Leon County Schools Email account on Thursday, April 8th. Included in the email will be a link to an instructional video from Mrs. Jones our ninth-grade guidance counselor covering the course request process, a PDF Version of the course request form, and a link for your child to electronically make their course selections.

Course Request and Selection Process Timeline

  * Friday, April 9th through Friday, April 16th - Incoming Freshman will be able to electronically submit course requests using the link provided in the email sent to the students.
     * A PDF version of the course request form has also been provided to help better assist your child in the course selection process. Students will not be making your choices on this form, it is only to help guide thier choices.
     * Once students have had the opportunity to review the courses with their teachers and parents, they may utilize the course request link to make and submit their choices.
  * In early July tentative schedules will be mailed out to all students with a letter detailing instructions for requesting schedule changes.
  * During the last week in July once students receive their schedules, they will have the opportunity to email any course change request they may have. All course request changes will be sent to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.

We wish you and your student the best as they finish their last semester of middle school, and look forward to seeing each of you when we kick of the 2021-22 School Year in August!
