Hello Cobb family:

 

Picture Day is coming up! On Thursday 10/29, students will sit for their 2020-2021 school portrait. 

 

Face-to-face students will be escorted to the gym by grade and predesignated time. All students and faculty members will be required to wear a fabric or paper mask covering their noses and mouths, and use hand sanitizer before entering the gym for their photo. They will sit for their photos, remove their mask temporarily, and replace it upon completion of their portrait. Students will exit the gym with their teacher and return to class.

 

Digital academy students will have time set up after school starting at 4:05pm. Digital Academy students ONLY - please sign up for a time slot here: http://bit.ly/cmspictures2020. Before entering campus, digital academy students will be required to have their temperature checked at the front gate near parent pick-up, wear a fabric or paper mask covering their noses and mouths, and use hand sanitizer before entering the gym for their photo. Ordering information - We would love it if you could purchase your photos online through the SWI photo link: https://marco8.onlinephotocart.com/prepay/26817104 - we will be distributing paper order forms for your use. If you choose to pay via paper order form, teachers will NOT be handling any of the order forms - your student will be instructed to turn it in directly to the photographer on picture day itself.
