Village will continue to provide Health and Wellness services through our Virtual
Services page. Use the hyperlinks above or find us on the web at www.discvillage.org.
With a complete listing of all the schools served by DISC Village, any parent, student, family member or guardian can request up to
three available appointment times to connect with their School's Health and Wellness Specialist. Once submitted, complete the registration fields so you can receive notifications and reminders for your appointment. Check your email account for the link to
the secure video conference once your appointment is confirmed.
