Please be aware that students entering into the 7th grade must have documentation of a current tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis (Tdap) vaccine before they will be allowed to attend the 7th grade. (This vaccination is typically given to students at 11-12 years of age.)

If you have not done so already, please have your child immunized as soon as possible for next school year. School immunizations may be received from your child's private doctor or free of charge from the Florida Department of Health-Leon. The Florida Department of Health-Leon, at 1515 Old Bainbridge Road, schedules appointments Monday - Friday and frequently has special immunization clinics for back-to-school immunizations.

To schedule an immunization appointment, or for more information, please call the Florida Department of Health-Leon Immunization Program Office, at (850) 606-8020.

All children receiving immunizations through the Florida Department of Health-Leon must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. When taking your child for immunizations, please bring a copy of your child's complete immunization record.

Once your child has received the immunization needed to enter 7th grade, please bring an updated copy of your child's immunization record, on a Florida Certification of Immunization form, to our school office by Monday, August 4, 2014. Thank you. Below is a schedule for a few free clinics at the Old Bainbridge Road Health Clinic.
