There are 4 days left in this school year, 3 of which are early release/final test taking days. We will be releasing students at 1:20 p.m. on Wednesday, June 2 – Friday, June 4 . Now is the time to account for all text books, library books and to turn in all assignments as well as studying for those final exams. The 21^st Century After School Program’s last day is today, May 28^th, for the 2009-2010 regular session. The NO FEE 21^st Century summer program starts on June 14^th– July 22, Monday – Thursday; 8-12 noon, transportation, breakfast and lunch are provided.

Yearbooks are here! You may still make a yearbook purchase for $45 from Mr. Sheppard or Mrs. Sanders, cash or money order. We will be having a “Yearbook Signing Social” on Tuesday, June 1, at the end of F period. So, get your yearbook to be able to participate in this fun event.

June 4 Books For Babies - Summer Jam 2010, GMS Cheerleaders sponsor this fun activity 3 – 8:00 p.m. at the Dade Street Gymnasium. Tickets may be purchased from any GMS cheerleader - $10 in advance and $12 at the door. Along with a ticket purchase, please donate a box of crayons, markers or coloring book for the Children of the Tallahassee Memorial Pediatric Ward.

Summer Camps – Griffin will offer 5 different camps this summer:

21^st Century Program – June 14 – July 22, Monday – Thursday; 8-12 noon, transportation, breakfast and lunch are provided. There is no fee for this program.

Technology Camp – June 14-17; 9-1 p.m., $80 per week

Basketball Camp – June 14-17, 21-24, July 12-15, 19-22, 26-29; 9-1:00 p.m., $40 per week

Pre-AP Orientation Camp – July 12-15; 9-1:00 p.m., $80 per week

Cheerleading (Current Griffin Cheerleaders ONLY) – July 27-29, Aug 3-5, 9-12; 8-3:00 p.m. $160
