Dear Parents, Teachers and Students:

Friday, September 8th, Springwood begins it's fundraiser program with Cherrydale.  The money raised from this fundraiser will help our students, teachers and school.

Awards will be given in the following way.

3 Drawings:  
Each student who turns in an order, with at least 6 items sold, will have their name placed in a Grand Prize Drawing.  We will have three drawings!  The winners of the drawings will have their choice of the prizes displayed during the Fundraising Kickoff Assembly.  The assembly will be held during school on Friday. Some examples of the prizes on display will  include a bicycle, MP3 player, One Million Puzzle Game, etc....
The prize brochure has prizes you may select depending on the number of items sold!!!

Instructions:
*Our sale ends on Friday, September 22nd.  Orders are due on that day.
*Please collect your customer's money when you take their order.
*Please make all checks out to Springwood PTO.
*Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
*Please DO NOT allow students to go door to door for safety reasons.
*Additional order forms are available  at the school front office.
*Please DO NOT collect tax.  Tax is included in the price of the items in the brochure.
*Please turn in ONLY the top two copies of your order form.  Keep the last copy for your records.  Also keep the sales brochure for later.
