The results are in and thanks to the hard work of our teachers and students,
it looks like our best year ever.  I'm attaching an excel spread sheet that
is easy to read and gives a 3-year picture for all of the schools.  You can
also go to the DOE web site and see further detail as it relates to growth
scores and passing rates.

For the 3rd year in a row, SAIL has made significant gains in both reading
and math:
* 84% of 10th graders passed reading on their 1st attempt--2nd best in the
district!
* 87% of 10th graders passed math on their 1st attempt--tied for 2nd best in
the district!
* 100% passed writing on their 1st attempt-only high school in the district!
* The percent scoring a 3 or better in reading for 10th graders was the
highest in the district (9th graders tied for 1st )!

NOTES: These scores include ALL students, including ESE students and
students who have been here less than 1 year.
