LEON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT PROVIDES
                          FREE BACK-TO-SCHOOL SHOTS

Students who will be entering kindergarten or 7th grade next school year
must have certain immunization documentation on file at school before the
start of the new school year.  Now is the time to make certain your child
has all immunizations needed for school attendance!

The Leon County Health Department has added additional immunization clinics
in early August, targeting students needing immunizations for kindergarten
or 7th grade attendance. The additional free immunization clinics will take
place by appointment,

Richardson-Lewis Health Center

To schedule an immunization appointment for any of these clinics, please
call the Leon County Health Department at 606-8020.

Free routine childhood immunizations are available by appointment, Monday
through Friday, at the Leon County Health Department.  To schedule an
appointment for immunizations, call 606-8020.

All children receiving immunizations through the Health Department must be
accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  Parents should bring a copy of
their child’s complete immunization record.
