Dear Parents,

This is to inform you that the Transportation Department will not be
sending bus stop cards by mail to parents as has been done in the past. You
may now obtain information on your child's bus stop by going on-line and
following the directions below.  This information will also be available in
the upcoming Tallahassee Democrat “Back To School Issue”. In addition, the
Transportation Department will have a staff member available to assist
parents and answer questions at each school's orientation.  You can also
contact the Bus Compound assigned to your school or the Transportation
office for information.  These numbers will be listed in the “Back To
School Issue”

Go to the Leon County Schools main page www.leonschools.net and click on the
DISTRICT DEPARTMENTS/TRANSPORTATION link.  Then click on the BUS STOPS BY
SCHOOL link.


Bus Stops By Address
Access the Leon County Schools Transportation Web Query to find out if your
child is eligible for school bus transportation. The site will give you
your zoned school, route number, bus stop location, distance to closest
stop from your house, a.m. pickup time and p.m. drop off time.
